Franchise FC make a Rickett?

The increasingly absurdly-monikered MK Dons have taken a flyer on the Addicks' (not so)youngster Mark Ricketts by taking him on loan after he apparently impressed in a trial with the club. In a further blow to the academy player's prospects of getting a run out for the Charlton first time any time soon, he has been cleared to play for the Dons in their FA Cup clash tomorrow, preventing him from getting a run-out in the cup for us should he return.
Those who have seen him play for the reserves wouldn't be too surprised to see him try and make the move permanent - as he appears to have little chance of shifting anyone from the Charlton XI and getting a run-out - The Division Formerly Known As Division Three appears to be his best prospect of carving out a career for him (just ask Michael Turner, who is now a regular for Brentford)

Might not be such a wise move to go to a club that hopefully will be out of business within a couple of years, though.
